Sales & Customer Service Agents An exciting opportunity has opened up for independent Sales & Customer Service Agents at Hamba to start in January 2022.
This is a 4 month fixed-term freelance/independent commission-based contract.
Work will be done remotely at your own time. Must be able to provide feedback on work done.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Assist customers with applying to service packages.
• Selling subscriptions to customers.
• Customer retention.
• Provide basic customer support.
Requirements
• We are looking for young and vibrant people with a positive, confident and ambitious attitude. You must be driven and hungry to succeed.
• Must have good basic communication skills, the more languages the better.
• Must have basic computer skills and literacy.
• Matric not required.
• Previous sales and/customer care experience will be advantageous but not essential.
• Must have your own internet computer/ smart phone or tablet to assist with sign ups.
• Must have your own reliable internet access.
• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid ID or passport and valid Work Permit to work in South Africa if not South African
